Studying for my final

Who Will Teach?
Whom shall we trust to carry a child
On Through the learner's quest?
Who will have care for the daring or mild,
Glorified or oppressed?
Oh, not the judge,
Nor indolent friend,
No teachers we'll make of these.
But passionate minds,
Willing to bend
To see what the child sees.
These are the ones with burning desire
To take us beyond our reach.
These are the ones who truly aspire
To give and to care - to teach.
-Dr. Scott L. Hunsaker

Hey Ladies!

Hey girlies! So, Kacey and I were conversing the other evening, and realized that Christmas Break is going to be different for all of us this year. Some have babies, more have husbands, some have fiances, some have awesome roommates...but that's not what we're thinking about. We are thinking perhaps we should move the Annual Girls Night Out to a day closer to Christmas then New Years Eve. Kacey has the 23-27 off, and will be in Richfield, I will be in Richfield the 24 through probably the 27...what is everyone else doing? Let us know! We need to plan a partey!

Some fun memories of our wedding!

We have fun, yes we do!

So, I guess you could say we're pictureless, due to the fact that my malfunctioning camera is sent into the company for repairs...however, we still have an exciting life! Saturday night, we went to the Married Student Association Hoe-Down, put on by the Institute. It was surely excitin', and we dressed up, as best we could, with limited resources. Darrell had his nice cowboy hat, with a yeller bandana, and cool boots and I had this retro plaid colorful shirt in pigtails. Well, as luck would have it, we got nominated for best costume, and ended up being one in the top six, and we won this awesome bucket of candy. (YUMO!) Then, after dinner, we had some might good times in the square dancing arena, and ended up winning a gift certificate to Coldstone, because my husband is so wonderful and talented in the square-dancing field. It was perty near exciting!! On the cool TV front...Extreme Makeover is in Logan, a little over a block away from our house. We'd love to volunteer, and get a free t-shirt...but we are working people.. Still pretty cool to drive down the street and have big signs say "Extreme Makeover In Progress, Drive with Caution." Er something like that...we're famous. Oh yeah!

Fun times at work!

So, after our staff meeting tonight, we were all eating brownies. There were three of us left. Shelece, Jason, and I. I had to get a drink, so I said, "I'm gonna run and grab a drink." So, as I start to run, I trip over the coat hanger, and it starts to fall. As it's falling, I run into the falling coat hanger, replacing it into it's proper position. Needless to say, it was hilarious!
