No fun!

So, the past few days, Steven and I have had nasty colds. The kind where you can't breathe, and you cough like a smoker. It's no fun. I'm doing pretty good, but Steven seems to still have a hard time breathing, and wakes himself up a lot cause he's coughing so hard. well, I took him to the doctor yesterday, to make sure he didn't have an ear infection...turns out my poor kid is also TEETHING! WHAT?! Who teeths at 4 months!? But then I learned that it also means they are teething when the teeth are starting to form in the gums, but not ready to break out yet. So, we may have a little bit more time till they actually come through.

Lately Steven has really been into the look at everything and not talk so much phase...obviously I don't mind, as this picture will testify of just how cute he always is! I had the camera, and would say, "Smile Steven!" to which he gave me this face every time. Sitting up is one of our favorite past times now too.. :) I love babies He also LOVES his rattles. It was definitely time for toys. I'm glad Christmas gave me an excuse to buy some!

Christmas!

We got to spend Christmas in Springville with Darrell's family. It was so much fun!! Steven even finally got to meet Santa on Christmas Eve. Part of our Christmas present from Darrell's mom was to go to a Jazz Game. So we left Steven with a baby-sitter (Thanks Stef!) and enjoyed the game. We played the MAvericks..and won! After our tour of Temple Square. You can see Steven sleeping in the sling. Playing games with mom and enjoying his new toys! Smiley fun Steven!

Christmas- Part 2

We were in Richfield for New Years...a.k.a the Rowley Christmas! Which I called Second Christmas. My nieces were just so cute in their christmas dresses before church, I had to take a picture. This is Tait. I got to tend him all summer. He's one of the smiliest kids I've ever seen! And he drools about 3 times more than my son :) Steven's new toy. He's still getting used to it! Steven loves his aunt sheri. Probably cause she sounds the most like me...:)

Great-Grandparents!

Steven got to visit Great Grandma and Grandpa Farnsworth over Christmas, and we even ventured over to Deseret, UT (Near Delta)to meet Great-Grandma Rowley. It was so much fun, and I know they loved it :)

Kiddie Kandids did well yet again!

Well, I went to get Steven's Christmas/3 month pictures this last week. Kiddie Kandids did these in about 5 minutes. It was excellent!! They always do well! If anybody wants to go, I have referral cards, so you can get free pictures!

Christmas Time is Fun!

This weekend, Steven and I ventured to Southern Utah for my cousin, Skyler's, homecoming. (Missionary Report). We went to an LD's concert in Ephraim, went to eh Light PArade, and the Messiah in Richfield. It was fun!

Second Cousins are fun!

My cousins, Rachel and Maria, came up to visit us today, and Steven got to meet his new second cousin, Meghan Marie Kummer, who was born 9 days after him. They were fun to see together!

Farewell Sister Felt!

It was exciting to go to Kate's "farewell" while we were down for Thanksgiving! And it was good to get together with some of the high school friendsies!

We had so much fun for Thanksgiving! We got to see both families, and Steven got to have LOTS of love! Ready for Christmas already! He loves to smile more and more each day! With cousin, Karen With cousin, Emily

Fun Weekend

Friday night we got to see the LD Singers perform in Springville. It was a great time, and I wish I would've taken more pictures. I mean, I got to see Spitty, and lots of other friends. I did get to see Coach! He was so cute playing with our little man, I couldn't resist a picture. Saturday evening we got to go to the Provo Temple with Darrell's parents, while Aunt Sheri got to tend Steven. (I'm not sure who was more excited...me to go to the temple again, or aunt sheri to tend!) It was so much fun, and I am sure Darrell and I are such a dashing couple.

Halloween...was fun

Despite looking around, I could never find a costume for our little man that fit him, or my price range. Aunt Sheri insisted that we dress him up, so I copied her idea. With the help of a few cotton balls, our little man become "partly cloudy, with a chance of rain and snow." The rain came in the form of regular drool, and the snow came in not so regular anymore (Thank heavens) spit up. He was pretty cute, and had no idea what was going on. We did get free pizza at institute for the holiday...

You learn something new every day....

So, we went to this meeting the other night. Something about healthy chocolate...anyway. I saw a guy in the room, and he was talking, and I'm like, "He looks so familiar." Darrell said he looked kind of like Stephen Covey, my dad's mission president, but that wasn't quite it. I thought maybe Daddy Warbucks or something...then it hit me! He was the guy who played the Bishop on the Singles Ward movie. I felt so proud of myself.... Then they introduce the guy...turns out he's Wally Joyner...some famous baseball dude that played for the Angels and the San Diego Padres.. (I only pay enough attention to baseball to care that my team, the Red Sox, won the world series). I thought it was pretty cool, so I went up and talked to him after the meeting and had him sign a couple baseball cards for my nephews :)
